Два направления работы: Операционно-логистическое - Размещение заказов на производство, контроль сроков и качества - Организация импорта в США: логистика, таможня, регуляторика - Поставки на Amazon FBA, контроль остатков и пополнений - Контроль запасов и координация резервного производства при необходимости Продуктово-проектное (5 SKU) - Поиск и выбор производителя в Китае: сбор офферов, сравнение цен / MOQ / условия, шортлист - Организация образцов, получение SDS, координация тестирования - Оценка качества продукта: формула, критерии валидации - Адаптация упаковки под рынок США с учётом регуляторных требований - Взаимодействие с дизайнером: макеты, корректировки текста, финальное согласование - Перевод и адаптация этикеток, claims, описаний - Создание и корректировка карточек Amazon, контентных материалов - Подготовка описаний и ТЗ для блогеров - Инспекция фабрик, договоры, условия оплаты, производство первой партии - Координация между продуктом, фабриками, логистикой, дизайном и маркетингом

- Опыт запуска продуктов на зарубежных рынках (США будет преимуществом) - Понимание полного цикла: от фабрики в Китае до полки / карточки на Amazon - Опыт работы с регуляторикой и документацией (SDS, FDA-требования плюс) - Умение быстро находить нужных людей и решать задачи в условиях неопределённости - Опыт работы в категориях бытовая химия или косметика - будет преимуществом - Навык управления несколькими параллельными задачами без потери деталей - Английский уровень достаточный для переписки с поставщиками и партнёрами
