Осуществляет общее руководство цехом и обеспечивает своевременное и качественное выполнение работниками ЦОС производственных планов,заданий и работ, ритмичный выпуск продукции и работ высокого качества, в соответствии с утвержденным порядком работы и технологией производства выпускаемой продукции и работ.. Координирует работу мастеров и цеховых служб, распределяет производственные задания и работы внутри цеха и доводит их до подчиненных работников, принимает меры по взаимной увязке работы производственных участков внутри цеха с целью обеспечения выпуска продукции в установленные сроки и установленного качества. Обеспечивает качество изготовления и ремонта изделий АТ и поддерживает эффективное функционирование СМК в соответствии с утвержденной матрицей ответственности. Своевременно выявляет отклонения и несоответствия показателей качества продукции, в том числе военной. Разрабатывает и проводит мероприятия, направленные на совершенствование СМК, на предупреждение появления несоответствующей продукции и устранения причин их появления. Обеспечивает контроль за доработкой военной продукции, в том числе несоответствующей требованиям. Обеспечивает необходимый уровень технической подготовки производства и его постоянный рост, повышение эффективности производства,сокращение издержек (материальных, финансовых, трудовых), рациональное использование производственных ресурсов, внедряет более рациональные методы организации труда.. Обеспечивает учет и отчетность ЦОС по установленным формам, контролирует их своевременное, качественное составление и сдачу.

Высшее техническое образование; Опыт работы на производстве от 3-х лет; Опыт работы в авиационной промышленности. Условия: Работа на крупном промышленном предприятии Компенсация затрат на проезд и проживание для иногородних работников Прохождение медицинской комиссии за счет организации Трудоустройство по ТК РФ, стабильная белая заработная плата 2 раза в месяц Бронь сотрудникам предприятия. Собеседование проводится с понедельника по пятницу с 08:30 до 15:00 отдел управления персоналом, 2й этаж, 203 кабинет (Обед с 12:00 до 12:45). При себе необходимо иметь паспорт и копию трудовой книжки.
