проведение правовой экспертизы договоров/контрактов, дополнительных соглашений и иных документов, оформляющих отношения сторон в гражданском обороте, в соответствии с требованиями законодательных и нормативных правовых актов о контрактной системе в сфере закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд; правовая экспертиза локальных актов организации в сфере трудового, договорного права, законодательных о защите персональных данных, подготовка писем, претензий в адрес контрагентов, государственных и муниципальных органов и иных лиц; составление доверенностей в простой письменной форме, ведение реестра доверенностей, проверка доверенностей, предъявленных представителями других лиц в подтверждение их полномочий; Ведение дел в рамках гражданского, административного и арбитражного судопроизводства (формирование позиции по судебному спору, составление процессуальных документов и направление их в суд, представление доказательств, представительство в суде; подготовка документов для государственной регистрации прав на недвижимое имущество; осуществляет подготовку документов для государственной регистрации изменений, вносимых в учредительные документы юридического лица, содержащиеся в Едином государственном реестре юридических лиц; разрабатывает и осуществляет мероприятия по укреплению договорной, финансовой и трудовой дисциплины; осуществляет методическое руководство правовой работой в учреждении; Принимает участие в подготовке заключений по правовым вопросам, возникающим в деятельности учреждения, проектам нормативных актов; Консультирует работников организации по организационно-правовым юридическим вопросам, подготавливает заключения, оказывает содействие в оформлении документов и актов имущественно-правового характера. Проводит работу по профилактике и предупреждению коррупционных и иных правонарушений. Обеспечивает исполнение Федерального закона от 28 декабря 2013 года № 442-ФЗ Об основах социального обслуживания граждан в Российской Федерации, Закона Иркутской области от 1 декабря 2014 года № 144-ФЗ Об отдельных вопросах социального обслуживания граждан в Иркутской области и подзаконных нормативных актов (в рамках предоставления социальных услуг). Обеспечивает исполнение постановления Правительства Российской Федерации от 24 мая 2014 года № 481 О деятельности организаций для детей-сирот и детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей, и об устройстве в них детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей . Проводит правовую экспертизу и согласование контрактов (договоров), заключаемых в рамках исполнения законодательства Российской Федерации и иных нормативных правовых актов о контрактной системе в сфере закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд. Осуществляет подготовку материалов для выполнения претензионной работы.
