Осуществление контроля ведения технологических процессов и технической эксплуатации оборудования объектов подготовки нефти и воды для системы ППД. Анализ работы технологических объектов, разработка технических решений и мероприятий по повышению надежности и эффективности их работы, улучшению качества подготовки нефти и воды, снижению производственных затрат. Рассмотрение проектной, рабочей и сметной документации по строительству, реконструкции, модернизации и техническому перевооружению объектов подготовки нефти и воды для системы ППД, подготовка замечаний и предложений. Формирование технических заданий и технических требований, рассмотрение технической части закупочной документации и технико-коммерческих предложений по направлению деятельности отдела. Сопровождение действующих и вновь реализуемых объектов подготовки нефти и воды в рамках программ капитального ремонта, модернизации, реконструкции и технического перевооружения. Осуществление производственного контроля за состоянием объектов, соблюдением требований промышленной, пожарной и экологической безопасности и охраны труда в пределах должностных обязанностей. Формирование планов, отчетности и иной документации по направлению деятельности отдела.

Высшее образование по нефтегазовому направлению, либо высшее техническое образование и профессиональная переподготовка по нефтегазовому направлению. Не менее 4 лет профильного стажа, в том числе не менее 2 лет в должности ведущего специалиста. Знание технологических процессов подготовки нефти. Знание схем и методов подготовки нефти и воды. Знание основных нормативно-технических документов, регламентирующих процесс подготовки нефти и воды. Знание правил безопасной эксплуатации оборудования.
