The posting

Подготовка к анестезии. Проверяет и готовит наркозно‑дыхательную аппаратуру, мониторы, инфузоматы, расходные материалы (катетеры, трубки, шприцы), убеждается в исправности техники. Подготовка пациента. Оценивает базовые показатели (пульс, давление, сатурацию), обеспечивает венозный доступ, помогает с премедикацией, успокаивает пациента, объясняет предстоящие этапы. Ассистирование анестезиологу. Подаёт инструменты и препараты, помогает при интубации, участвует во введении анестезии, следит за дозировками и сроками введения лекарств. Мониторинг во время операции. Непрерывно контролирует жизненные показатели пациента, фиксирует данные в анестезиологической карте, своевременно сообщает врачу об отклонениях. Работа с медикаментами. Готовит растворы, учитывает и контролирует расход препаратов, в том числе наркотических и психотропных средств (с соблюдением правил учёта). Помощь в экстренных ситуациях. Оказывает доврачебную помощь при осложнениях (например, при падении давления, остановке дыхания), действует по алгоритмам неотложной помощи. Послеоперационное сопровождение. Контролирует выход пациента из наркоза, оценивает состояние в палате пробуждения, передаёт данные лечащему персоналу. Обработка и стерилизация. Проводит обработку аппаратуры и инструментов после использования, следит за соблюдением правил асептики и антисептики, утилизирует отходы по классам опасности.
