проводит анализ и экспертизу предложений по установлению: предельных (максимальных) индексов изменения размера вносимой гражданами платы за коммунальные услуги в муниципальных образованиях Чувашской Республики; розничных цен на газ, реализуемый населению для удовлетворения личных, семейных, домашних и иных нужд (кроме газа для заправки автотранспортных средств), не связанных с осуществлением предпринимательской (профессиональной) деятельности; специальных надбавок к тарифам на транспортировку газа по газораспределительным сетям, предназначенных для финансирования программ газификации (по согласованию с газораспределительными организациями); тарифов на подключение (технологическое присоединение) к централизованным системам теплоснабжения, водоснабжения и водоотведения, газоснабжения; плановых значений показателей надежности и качества услуг по транспортировке газа по газораспределительным сетям, за исключением случаев, когда газораспределительная организация оказывает услуги по транспортировке газа по технологически связанным газораспределительным сетям на территориях нескольких субъектов Российской Федерации; подготавливает для представления в федеральный орган исполнительной власти в области регулирования тарифов: заключение об обоснованности предложений организаций, осуществляющих услуги по транспортировке газа по газораспределительным сетям; информацию и необходимые материалы по его запросу по вопросам установления, изменения и применения тарифов

Наличие высшего образования по направлению подготовки: Экономика, Финансы и кредит, Менеджмент, Государственное и муниципальное управление, Государственный аудит . Наличие стажа государственной гражданской службы или работы по специальности, направлению подготовки, составляет не менее двух лет. Для лиц, имеющих дипломы специалиста или магистра с отличием, в течение трех лет со дня выдачи диплома - не менее одного года стажа государственной гражданской службы или работы по специальности, направлению подготовки. Наличие профессиональных знаний в сфере законодательства РФ и законодательства Чувашской Республики. Опытный пользователь ПК, умение работать с базовыми программами MS Office (Access, Excel, Power Point, Word, WordPad), программами для отправки-получения электронной корреспонденции.
