Ключевые задачи: Учёт реализации и первичная документация (счета 62, 76): Своевременно отражать в 1С операции по реализации товаров, работ, услуг на основании первичных документов (УПД, счета-фактуры, акты, накладные). Контролировать корректность оформления первичных документов от менеджеров и контрагентов (наличие договоров, заявок, реквизитов, подписей, полномочий). Вести аналитический учёт по счёту 76 (агентские договоры, претензии, авансы). Систематически контролировать движение дебиторской задолженности, не допускать просрочек, своевременно информировать руководство и коммерческую службу о критических задолженностях. Проводить ежеквартальные сверки расчётов с контрагентами: инициировать рассылку актов сверки, обрабатывать ответы, устранять расхождения. Готовить первичные документы к камеральным налоговым проверкам. Учёт НДС (счёт 68.2): Регистрировать счета-фактуры (в том числе авансовые) в книгах покупок и продаж. Контролировать правильность применения налоговых ставок и льгот по НДС. Участвовать в подготовке и проверке данных для декларации по НДС. Собирать и оформлять документы для подтверждения ставок НДС 0% и БЕЗ НДС, отражать подтверждённые документы в учёте и отчётности. Закрытие периода и отчётность: Выполнять регламентные операции по закрытию месяца на участках 62, 76, 68.2 строго в срок (до 7‑го числа месяца, следующего за отчётным). Формировать оборотно‑сальдовые ведомости, анализировать сальдо по счетам, сверять обороты оперативного и бухгалтерского учёта, проводить инвентаризацию расчётов. Оперативно взаимодействовать с отделами продаж и логистики для получения закрывающих документов.

Знания: уверенное знание ПБУ и актуальных ФСБУ; глубокое понимание НК РФ (особенно гл. 21 НДС ) и законодательства о бухгалтерском учёте; понимание механизма работы АСК НДС и алгоритмов действий при получении требований о расхождениях. Навыки и инструменты: отличное владение 1С: Предприятие 8.3 (Бухгалтерия предприятия); уверенный пользователь Excel (ВПР, сводные таблицы); опыт работы со справочными системами (КонсультантПлюс, Гарант); опыт работы с системами ЭДО (Диадок, СБИС, 1С‑ЭДО) будет преимуществом. Личные качества (проявляются в работе): внимательность к деталям способность обрабатывать большие объёмы цифр и документов без ошибок; коммуникабельность и настойчивость умение аргументированно запрашивать документы у менеджеров и добиваться подписания актов сверки с контрагентами без эскалации конфликтов; эффективная работа в периоды закрытия месяца и сдачи отчётности; организованность умение расставлять приоритеты и соблюдать сроки; обучаемость и усидчивость готовность осваивать новые регламенты и работать с объёмными массивами данных.
