The posting

Проводит осмотры здания, сооружений и прилегающей территории Учреждения на предмет необходимости проведения ремонтных работ; - Участвует в работе комиссии по техническому осмотру здания и помещений Учреждения, по итогам работы комиссии подготавливать необходимую документацию; - Планирует проведение ремонтных работ в Учреждении (в том числе прогнозирует объемы и плановую стоимость, оформляет дефектные акты); - Подготавливает документацию для проведения строительных и ремонтных работ, дооформляет и корректирует ее в ходе выполнения; - Сопровождать и контролировать проведение ремонта (текущего и капитального) здания, помещений, территории и сооружений Учреждения; - Осуществляет технический надзор при выполнении ремонтных работ, согласовывает акты скрытых работ с подрядной организацией; - Организует работу по контролю качества оказываемых работ (услуг) с поставщиками и подрядчиками. - Организует проведение экспертизы выполненных строительных и проектно-сметных работ; - Взаимодействует с ГУ ТО ЦТНЭЗиСУО или проектными (подрядными) организациями при подготовке сметной (проектной) документации; - Осуществляет подготовку (разработку) описаний объекта закупки для осуществления закупок, необходимых для обеспечения нужд Учреждения на проектные и строительные (ремонтные) работы. Оказывает необходимую помощь должностным лицам контрактной службы при подготовке закупочной документации; - Ежемесячный анализ, накопление, обновление технической и иной документации по объектам недвижимого имущества Учреждения.
