The posting

Код Будущего – федеральный образовательный проект, направленный на подготовку школьников 8–11 классов и студентов СПО к профессиям в сфере ИТ через бесплатное обучение современным языкам программирования. МФТИ выступает одним из провайдеров проекта и участвует в масштабной реализации онлайн-обучения в рамках «Кода будущего». Мы ищем продюсера образовательного контента, который будет отвечать за полный цикл продюсирования онлайн-курсов по IT-направлению: исследовать аудиторию и рынок, выстраивать образовательную траекторию, координировать работу экспертов, методистов и дизайнеров, контролировать качество контента, сроки и результат на каждом этапе производства. Чем предстоит заниматься: Проектировать концепцию и образовательную траекторию онлайн-курсов. Координировать разработку программ, заданий, вебинаров и учебных материалов. Организовывать работу экспертов, методистов, дизайнеров и других участников команды. Контролировать работу методистов и достижение результатов в поставленные сроки. Определять форматы контента и типы заданий. Готовить ТЗ для дизайнеров и участвовать в разработке визуальных концепций курсов и промороликов. Проверять видеоматериалы и контролировать качество контента на всех этапах производства. Требования: Опыт в продюсировании образовательного контента, онлайн-курсов или EdTech-продуктов. Навык управления кросс-функциональной командой и несколькими потоками задач. Понимание методики онлайн-обучения и логики образовательного продукта. Умение держать сроки, качество и результат. Сильные коммуникативные и организационные навыки. Что мы предлагаем: Работу в Центре развития ИТ-образования ведущего технического вуза страны, в городе Долгопрудный (рядом со станцией Новодачная МЦД-1, или 15 минут от метро Алтуфьево, Ховрино, Физтех); Оформление по срочному трудовому договору (на срок реализации проекта Код Будущего – до июня 2027 года). Официальное оформление по ТК РФ. График работы: 5/2, с 9:00 до 18:00 (понедельник-пятница), комбинированный. Бесплатный доступ ко всей инфраструктуре МФТИ: бассейн, спортивный зал, обучение на открытых семинарах и лекциях, концерты. В соответствии с ТК РФ работники сферы образования обязаны предоставить справку о наличии (отсутствии) судимости и (или) факта уголовного преследования, срок изготовления которой может быть до 30 дней, просим заранее позаботиться о её получении.
