Наличие высшего профессионального образования по специальности, направлению подготовки Архитектура, Градостроительство, Строительство; без предъявления требований к стажу. Профессиональные знания: Конституции РФ, федеральные законы О системе государственной службы Российской Федерации, О государ-ственной гражданской службе Российской Федерации, О противо-действии коррупции, иные федераль-ные законы, а также подзаконные акты, регулирующие сферы (отрасли) правоотношений, соответствующие направлению и специализации профессиональной служебной деятель-ности, Устав города Севастополя и законы города Севастополя примени-тельно к исполнению своих должнос-тных обязанностей, формы и методы работы с применением автоматизиро-ванных средств управления; методы применения информационно-коммуни-кационных технологий в государствен-ных органах; правила делового этикета; основы делопроизводства и документо-оборота; правила охраны труда и пожарной безопасности; Профессиональные навыки: прак-тического применения нормативных правовых актов и работы со служебными документами; эффектив-ной и последовательной организации работы по взаимосвязям с организа-циями, гос. органами, населением; оперативного принятия и реализации решений; адаптации к новой ситуации и применения новых подходов к решению возникающих проблем; эффективного планирования рабочего времени, систематизации информации; владения компьютерной и другой оргтехникой, а также необходимым программным обеспечением; обеспечения выполнения поставленных руководством задач; умения систематически повышать свою квалификацию; умения не допускать конфликтов.
