Разработка нормативных актов по вопросам мобилизационной подготовки и мобилизации в установленных сферах деятельности, а также по особенностям функционирования в период мобилизации, в период действия военного положения и в военное время; организация взаимодействия с территориальными органами федеральных органов исполнительной власти, исполнительными органами государственной власти, органами местного самоуправления по вопросам мобилизационной подготовки и мобилизации, оказанию содействия в применении мер по обеспечению режима военного положения; создание и поддержание в постоянной готовности системы оповещения работников Администрации района; подготовка расчетов по расходам бюджетных ассигнований, необходимых для проведения мероприятий по мобилизации; подготовка предложений для замены специалистов, работающих в Администрации района, подлежащих призыву на военную службу по мобилизации, в период действия военного положения и в военное время; уточнение документов мобилизационного планирования в соответствии с методическими рекомендациями департамента специальных мероприятий ЯНАО; осуществление общего руководства по планированию мероприятий по мобилизационной подготовке и мобилизации, контроль их проведения; подготовка и проведение закрытых заседаний (совещаний) Администрации района по вопросам мобилизационной подготовки и мобилизации, а также контроль выполнения принятых по этим вопросам решений; контроль исполнения законодательных и иных нормативных правовых актов Российской Федерации и Ямало-Ненецкого автономного округа в области мобилизационной подготовки и мобилизации; обеспечение соблюдения режима секретности в соответствии с действующими нормативными правовыми актами по защите государственной тайны в Российской Федерации.

Наличие высшего образования по одной из специальностей, направлений подготовки Финансы и кредит, Менеджмент, Юриспруденция, Правовое обеспечение национальной безопасности, Правоохранительная деятельность, Экономическая безопасность, Пожарная безопасность, Международные отношения, Безопасность жизнедеятельности . Без предъявления требований к стажу. Знание нормативно-правовой базы РФ и автономного округа в соответствующей сфере деятельности, знание русского языка, владение информационно-компьютерными технологиями и работой в системе электронного документооборота. Отсутствие ограничений для прохождения муниципальной службы (№ 25-ФЗ от 02.03.2007). Необходимо предварительное оформление допуска к государственной тайне.
