Участвовать в разработке, организации и реализации мероприятий по реализации национальных проектов, государственных федеральных и областных целевых программ содержащих вопросы благоустройства, ЖКХ, жилищной политики; Осуществлять исполнение национальных проектов Российской Федерации, а также государственных целевых программ благоустройства территорий. Осуществлять контроль за выполнением муниципальных контрактов, муниципальных программ, планов работы; Контролировать и организовывать исполнение федерального и областного законодательства, относящегося к компетенции сектора, готовить предложения по внесению изменений в муниципальные правовые акты Екатериновского муниципального района; Проводить работу по формированию перечня работ по благоустройству и периодичности их выполнения, организации благоустройства территории Екатериновского муниципального образования (включая освещение улиц, озеленение территории, установку указателей с наименованиями улиц и номерами домов); Обеспечивать проведение мероприятий, направленных на улучшение санитарного состояния территорий Екатериновского муниципального образования в соответствии с действующими правилами организации благоустройства территории Екатериновского муниципального образования. Разрабатывать и формировать заявочную документацию в сфере благоустройства; Проводить мероприятия по осуществлению деятельности, связанной с животными без владельцев на территории Екатериновского муниципального района. Осуществлять работу по уличному освещению и планировать мероприятия по модернизации уличного освещения. Готовить документы на рассмотрение комиссии по жилищным вопросам администрации Екатериновского муниципального района по обеспечению жильем граждан, получающих жилье в порядке очередности по месту жительства, на условиях договора социального найма.

Знание законодательных или иных нормативных правовых актов, регламентирующих профессиональную деятельность: Конституция Российской Федерации, Устав (основной закон) Саратовской области, федеральное и областное законодательство, муниципальные правовые акты Екатериновского муниципального района, регулирующие вопросы землеустройства применительно к должностным обязанностям. Владение компьютером (на уровне пользователя), умение пользоваться информационно-поисковыми системами Консультант, Гарант, умение работать с сетью Интернет, электронной почтой в пределах, необходимых для осуществления своих обязанностей. Коммуникативные способности, высокая работоспособность, ответственность, принципиальность, дисциплинированность, инициативность.
