Хотим продавать в - продуктовые сети, дистрибьюторы, оптовые покупатели, компании которые закупают для своих сотрудников подарки (новый год, 8 марта и т.д.), отели, рестораны и кафе и т.д. Ваши задачи: Активное развитие оптовых и розничных продаж премиального чая Premier’s Tea Limited на территории РФ Поиск и привлечение новых клиентов: дистрибьюторы, магазины, HoReCa, корпоративные клиенты Проведение переговоров, презентаций и дегустаций для партнеров Сопровождение сделок: от первого контакта до отгрузки и постпродажного сервиса Анализ рынка, мониторинг конкурентов, участие в формировании коммерческих предложений Ведение отчетности и CRM Участие в выставках, профильных мероприятиях, продвижение бренда Наши ожидания: Опыт успешных оптовых продаж премиального чая или смежных FMCG-товаров от 6 лет Глубокое понимание чайного рынка, знание особенностей продукта (особенно сегмента Darjeeling) Навыки ведения переговоров на высоком уровне, умение убеждать и выстраивать долгосрочные отношения Самостоятельность, инициативность, ориентация на результат Грамотная устная и письменная речь, презентабельность Владение ПК, опыт работы с CRM Условия и преимущества: Официальное трудоустройство, стабильная "белая" зарплата + высокий процент с продаж + бонусы за выполнение и перевыполнение плана График 5/2, рабочий день с 9:00 до 18:00 Возможность гибридного формата работы (офис/удалёнка) Работа с эксклюзивным продуктом премиум-класса, который ценят истинные гурманы Профессиональное развитие, участие в отраслевых мероприятиях, обучение Дружная команда и поддержка на всех этапах
