Наша команда направления развития инфраструктуры работает над реализацией масштабных проектов строительства, реконструкции и капитального ремонта объектов Сбера. Здесь ты сможешь реализовать свои профессиональные компетенции и внести вклад в развитие инфраструктуры региона. Чем предстоит заниматься: проводить строительный контроль на объектах, контролировать разработку проектной и рабочей документации принимать объекты после завершения работ, устранять замечания и вводить их в эксплуатацию готовить документацию для постановки объектов на баланс участвовать в подготовке конкурсной документации для закупок следить за исполнением договорных обязательств с подрядчиками, включая гарантии проверять выполнение объектных смет капитальных затрат взаимодействовать с регулирующими и надзорными органами. Обязательные требования: высшее образование в сфере промышленного и гражданского строительства опыт работы в указанной сфере - не менее одного года знание строительных норм и правил владение программой AutoCAD навыки применения ИИ в профессиональной деятельности (например, Гигачат, Кандинский).
