Осмотр пациента . Сбор анамнеза, физикальное обследование: прослушивание сердечных тонов, измерение артериального давления и пульса. Назначение исследований . Врач направляет на инструментальные (УЗИ, КТ/МРТ сердца, радионуклидные тесты) и лабораторные анализы. Расшифровка результатов . Кардиолог ставит диагноз, при необходимости направляет на консультацию к другим специалистам. Планирование комплексного лечения . Специалист подбирает лекарственные препараты, оценивает эффективность дозы и взаимодействие медикаментов. dpoaps.ru Назначение немедикаментозной терапии . Это может быть лечебное питание, физическая нагрузка, физиопроцедуры. Контроль эффективности . Кардиолог выписывает направления на повторные исследования и оценивает клинические критерии улучшения состояния. При необходимости проводится коррекция лечебного курса. Диспансеризация . Мониторинг состояния кардиопациентов на повторных осмотрах, решение о направлении на экспертизу по стойкой нетрудоспособности.

Требования к образованию: высшее образование специалитет по специальности Лечебное дело или Педиатрия и подготовка в ординатуре по специальности Кардиология; профессиональная переподготовка по специальности Кардиология при наличии подготовки в интернатуре и (или) ординатуре по специальности Общая врачебная практика (семейная медицина) или Терапия . сертификат специалиста или свидетельство об аккредитации специалиста по специальности Кардиология; прохождение обязательных предварительных (при поступлении на работу) и периодических медицинских осмотров (обследований), а также внеочередных медицинских осмотров (обследований) в порядке, установленном законодательством Российской Федерации.
