The posting

1. Обеспечивать и принимать участие во взаимодействии: со структурными подразделениями федеральных органов исполнительной власти на осуществление кап.вложений в объекты кап.строительства гос. собственности РФ в рамках Государственных программ; - со структурными и подведомственными учреждениями Минстроя России по вопросам реализации федеральной адресной инвестиционной программы (ФАИП). - с юр.лицами, участвующими в реализации основных мероприятий, национальных и федеральных проектов Гос.программ. 2. Рассмотрение документов, представленных главными распорядителями средств федерального бюджета, в рамках ФАИП. 3. Работа в Электронном бюджете по: - представлению документов и информации при формировании и реализации ФАИП; - согласованию и утверждению Минстроем России документов и информации - формированию Минстроем РФ ФАИП и внесения в нее изменений; - внесению изменений в сводную бюджетную роспись федерального бюджет; - по рассмотрению предложений по определению бюджетных ассигнований из федерального бюджета на очередной финансовый год и плановый период. 4. Рассмотрение предложений гл.распорядителей средств федерального бюджета и подготовке заключений о внесении изменений в ФАИП. 5. Представлять на согласование материалы для последующего направления в федеральные органы исполнительной власти. 6. Обеспечивать подготовку ответов и разъяснений на обращения (письма, жалобы) организаций, федеральных органов исполнительной власти.

Свободное владение программами Word, Excel, PowerPoint, 1С; государственной интегрированной информационной системы (ГИИС) Электронный бюджет; Опыт работы с федеральным бюджетом. Опыт работы с ФАИП (ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО).
