методические, нормативные и другие руководящие документы, определяющие деятельность Общества; постановления, распоряжения, приказы, методические и нормативные документы по подготовке, организации и управлению проектом; технологию строительно-монтажных работ, способы ведения строительно-монтажных работ; порядок финансирования строительства; порядок организации разработки проектно-сметной документации, порядок ее согласования и утверждения; стандарты, технические условия и другие руководящие документы, применяемые при проведении строительно-монтажных работ, действующие на территории Российской Федерации; порядок разработки и оформления технической документации и ведения делопроизводства; правила и нормы охраны труда, техники безопасности, противопожарной безопасности, производственной санитарии; основы экологического законодательства; внутренние нормативные документы Общества, в том числе документы системы менеджмента качества, регламентирующие деятельность Общества. нормы и расценки на выполнение работ; систему производственно-технологической комплектации и диспетчеризации строительных предприятий; правила Федеральной службы по экологическому, технологическому и атомному надзору, содержащие требования к организации производственной деятельности Общества.

Высшее или профильное средне-специальное образование, предпочтительно по профилю Строительство опыт от 1 года в должности (предпочтительно реализация проектов строительства особо опасных производственных и промышленных объектов, работа на строительном участке), знание технологии строительных процессов; умение читать чертежи, навык работы с Грандсмета, AutoCad, оформление технических решений. уравновешенность, неконфликтность, внимательность к деталям, способность признавать и исправлять ошибки.
