Что нужно делать: проведение выездных проверок сотрудников ВСП и других подразделений каналов продаж РБ по индикаторам критичных операций по направлениям операционно-кассовой работы, по процессам обслуживания клиентов и организации работы в подразделениях каналов продаж РБ в курируемых регионах проведение ревизии банковских ценностей в ВСП, сверка актов ревизий ф.18 с данными бухгалтерского учета, контроль порядка проведения ревизий в подразделениях каналов продаж РБ наполнение централизованных систем работы с отклонениями, включающей данные о результатах контрольных процедур, выявленных проблемах, выявленных нарушениях, недостатках, о мероприятиях по устранению выявленных нарушений в подразделениях каналов продаж РБ выполнение установленных нормативов по вертикали операционного аудита в объектах управления канала ВСП, канала прямых продаж, Сбербанк 1 (далее подразделения каналов продаж РБ) осуществление наставничества сотрудников ВСП и других подразделений каналов РБ по итогам проверки и выявленным нарушениям проведение мероприятий по результатам проверок состояния операционно-кассовой работы в подразделениях продаж каналов РБ, контроль устранения вскрытых недостатков участие в служебных проверках, расследованиях ВСП и других подразделениях каналов продаж РБ по фактам реализованных кассовых рисков внедрение новых стандартов работы/моделей/технологий, изменения в текущих, направленных на выявление и устранение дефектов в организации операционно-кассовой работы, в процессах обслуживания клиентов и организации работы подразделений каналов продаж РБ проверка алгоритмов критичных операций и действий сотрудников подразделений каналов продаж РБ в соответствии с индикаторами критичных операций Мы ждем, что ты: Имеешь высшее образование экономическое/техническое/юридическое опыт организации работы в области банковских бизнес-процессов не менее 1,5 лет экспертные знания банковских продуктов, процессов и АС владение ПК на уровне уверенного пользователя (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer) владение технологиями деловой переписки, телефонных переговоров, управления конфликтными ситуациями, обучения персонала, проведения презентаций, наставничества Что мы предлагаем: стабильный оклад и социальная поддержка сотрудников официальное оформление с первого дня расширенный ДМС с первого дня и льготное страхование для близких корпоративное обучение за счет компании бесплатная подписка СберПрайм+, скидки на продукты компаний-партнеров корпоративная пенсионная программа·
