Отражает на счетах бухгалтерского учета операции по ведению бухгалтерского и налогового учета, обязательства и хозяйственные операции по учету: - расчетов НДФЛ; - расчетов социального страхования; - расчетов с персоналом по оплате труда; - расчетов с персоналом по прочим операциям; - расчетов по исполнительным документам; - расчетов по прочим удержаниям из зарплаты работника; - резервов предстоящих расходов, в части создания оценочных обязательств по отпускам и страховых взносов по ним; - расходов будущих периодов в части оплаты труда; Формирует и направляет посредством электронного документооборота отчеты по начислению НДФЛ и взносам. Осуществляет прием и контроль первичной документации по соответствующим участкам бухгалтерского учета и вносит их данные в базу ПО 1С: Зарплата и управление персоналом и 1С:Бухгалтерия.

Знать и уметь применять в работе: - законодательство РФ о бухгалтерском учете, архивном деле; - законодательные акты, постановления, распоряжения, приказы, руководящие, методические и нормативные материалы о труде, организацию бухгалтерского учета расчетов с персоналом предприятия, обязательств и хозяйственных операций и составлению отчетности; локальные нормативные акты по оплате труда, учету рабочего времени; Учетную политику, формы и методы бухгалтерского учета, план и корреспонденцию счетов, организацию документооборота; - порядок документального оформления и отражения на счетах бухгалтерского учета операций; - правила эксплуатации вычислительной техники; - компьютерные программы для ведения бухгалтерского учета 1С: Зарплата и управление персоналом и 1С:Бухгалтерия, программы электронного документооборота, Word, Excel, программы архивирования, электронной почты и т.д.; - принципы и методы внутреннего контроля; - порядок предоставления регистров бухгалтерского учета для их изъятия уполномоченными органами в соответствии с законодательством РФ; - правила и нормы охраны труда и промышленной безопасности, противопожарной и антитеррористической защиты; - обязательное условие - опыт работы в бюджетной организации не менее 5 лет.
