- вести ежедневный учет поступления доходов в бюджет в Модуле учета начислений в государственной интегрированной информационной системе управления общественными финансами Электронный бюджет; - осуществлять прием и контроль первичной документации по соответствующим участкам бухгалтерского учета и подготавливает их к счетной обработке; - выполнять работу по сверке начислений денежного содержания и заработной платы в установленные сроки, а также других выплат, установленных законодательством и локальными нормативными актами Управления; - обеспечивать контроль за правильностью и своевременностью начисления и перечисления денежного содержания и заработной платы, пособий по временной нетрудоспособности, проверку табелей учета рабочего времени; - производить контроль за перечислением налогов, страховых взносов и сборов в федеральный, региональный и местный бюджеты, денежного содержания и заработной платы, других выплат и платежей; - осуществлять составление и предоставление в установленном порядке и в предусмотренные сроки статистической отчетности в Росстат; - осуществлять контроль за составлением и предоставлением в установленном порядке и в предусмотренные сроки бюджетной отчетности в Инспекцию Федеральной налоговой службы; - выполнять своевременную подготовку расчетных и отчетных документов, возникающих в процессе начисления и выплаты денежного содержания и заработной платы; - принимать участие в формировании учетной политики Управления в части начисления денежного содержания и заработной платы; - участвовать в мероприятиях по созданию и развитию подсистем государственной интегрированной информационной системы Электронный бюджет в части подсистем Учет и отчетность, Управление нефинансовыми активами, Зарплата и кадры, Модуль учета начислений

владение ПК на уровне уверенного пользователя; знание офисного пакета программ MS Office; соответствие требованиям, установленным статьями 16 и 17 Федерального закона от 27.07.2004 №79-ФЗ "О государственной гражданской службе Российской Федерации"
