1. Подготавливать необходимую тару, инвентарь и обслуживаемое оборудование для работы. 2. Вести процессы обработки сырья при формировании полуфабрикатов. 3. Шинковать, измельчать, протирать картофель, сырые и вареные овощи. 4. Изготавливать массу из овощей и творога, начинки для вареников и др. полуфабрикатов в тесте. 5. Формовать изделия из котлетной массы, теста с соблюдением технологической карты, веса и соотношения (оболочка/начинка). 6. Фаршировать овощные и творожные массы с соблюдением технологической карты, соотношения (начинка/оболочка), веса изделия. 7. Укладывать сформованные изделия на подносы, рамы. 8. Соблюдать температурные режимы при изготовлении полуфабрикатов. 9. Вести отбраковку полуфабрикатов с дефектами. 10. Содержать в чистоте и порядке рабочее место в течение всей смены. 11. Производить непосредственно мойку и санитарную обработку оборудования, инвентаря, рабочего места по окончании работ. 12. Убирать чистый инвентарь и тару в места их хранения. 13. Докладывать мастеру цеха обо всех выявленных недостатках, которые могут негативно повлиять на производственный процесс и отразится на качестве продукции. 14. Соблюдать требования по охране труда. 15. Соблюдать установленный противопожарный режим, требования правил пожарной безопасности и инструкции о мерах пожарной безопасности. 16. Выполнять распоряжения руководителя структурного подразделения.
