Контролировать соблюдение СанПиН: следить за температурным режимом в учебных классах, графиками проветривания, качеством ежедневной влажной уборки и дезинфекции. Обеспечивать пожарную безопасность: следить за исправностью огнетушителей, систем пожарной сигнализации, путей эвакуации, поддерживать в актуальном состоянии планы эвакуации и вести журналы инструктажей технического персонала. Технический надзор: регулярно осматривать состояние кровли, стен, окон, систем отопления, водоснабжения и канализации школы. Мелкий бытовой ремонт: оперативно организовывать или выполнять самостоятельно замену лампочек, починку дверных замков, регулировку окон, ремонт мебели. Благоустройство территории: организовывать сезонную уборку прилегающей территории. Материально-техническое снабжение и учет:обеспечивать школу расходными материалами: закупать и выдавать моющие средства, канцелярские товары, лампы, спецодежду для техперсонала. Участвовать в закупке профильного инвентаря: помогать администрации в приемке, сборке и расстановке мебели. Учет и инвентаризация: маркировать имущество, вести учет материальных ценностей, участвовать в регулярных инвентаризациях, оформлять акты на списание пришедшей в негодность мебели или инвентаря. Руководство обслуживающим персоналом: составлять графики работы, дежурств и отпусков для уборщиков служебных помещений, дворников, гардеробщиков, рабочих по комплексному обслуживанию здания. Контроль качества: проверять выполнение сотрудниками их ежедневных обязанностей, вести табель учета рабочего времени. Ведение документации и отчетность: ведение журналов (учета инструктажей по охране труда на рабочем месте, учета огнетушителей, осмотра здания, учета расхода коммунальных ресурсов по счетчикам). Своевременное предоставление в бухгалтерию первичных документов (актов приема-передачи, накладных, счетов-фактур на закупленные хозяйственные товары).
