1. Осуществлять контроль за благоустройством объектов Северного теплового района. 2. Выдавать объекты для восстановления нарушенного благоустройства подрядным организациям в случае их привлечения, либо работникам линейных подразделений в случае выполнения работ собственными силами. Определять объемы работ с составлением актов приема-передачи объектов в программе Пирамида в разделе Благоустройство, Подряд благоустройство . 3. Осуществлять технический надзор за выполнением фактического объема работ и не допущением отклонений от проекта либо акта приема-передачи. Проверять соответствие объема выполненных работ представленным актам. 4. Осуществлять технический надзор за качеством выполненных работ, согласно требованиям проектной документации, с оформлением актов на скрытые работы. 6. Проверять исполнительную документацию на завершенный объект по установленной форме. 7. Своевременно проверять и подписывать акты выполненных работ с занесением в программу Пирамида в графу Проведенные работы . 8. Вести учет объектов нарушенного благоустройства после капитального ремонта теплотрасс и проведения аварийных работ в программе Пирамида . 9. Следить за соблюдением сроков выполнения плановых и аварийных работ по благоустройству согласно утвержденным графикам. 10. Своевременно выписывать и предоставлять отчетные документы (счета, счета-фактуры, акты выполненных работ) на оплату услуг сторонних предприятий по выполненным работам в сфере благоустройства. 11. Вести учет, анализ и контроль оплаты штрафов за административные правонарушения в программе Пирамида в разделе ГАТИ в графе Штрафы и оперативно реагировать на них. 12. Ежемесячно подавать информацию на подведение итогов по штрафам за отчетный период, исходя из раздела Благоустройство, пункт Штрафы благоустройства . 13. Сдавать выполненные объекты в управление административно-технического контроля администрации города с подписанием соответствующих документов и внесением сроков сдачи объекта в программе Пирамида в разделе ГАТИ в строке Сдано в УАТК, Сдано зимой . 14. Оформлять заявления на закрытие ордеров с последующим их согласованием с третьими лицами после выполнения всех работ по восстановлению нарушенного благоустройства.

Работник должен знать: нормативные правовые акты, локальные нормативные акты работодателя, необходимые для выполнения должностных обязанностей; средства вычислительной техники, телекоммуникаций и связи; правила работы со справочно-правовыми системами и офисными программами; ориентироваться в законодательстве с целью его правильного применения. программы Теплограф, Пирамида для выполнения должностных обязанностей; положение об отделе благоустройства, положение взаимодействия отдела благоустройства с подразделениями, службами и отделами предприятия; нормативно-техническую информацию, СП; решение Хабаровской Думы от 17.10.2017 №677 Об утверждении правил благоустройства территории городского округа Город Хабаровск .
