Должностные обязанности: Создание сложных световых эффектов с использованием разнообразной осветительной техники, включая приборы с цифровым управлением и сканирующие устройства. Разработка и запись световых партитур на компьютерных пультах или ПК под руководством режиссёра-постановщика. Организация и руководство монтажом, подвеской, коммутацией и подъёмом световых конструкций и оборудования. Контроль параметров работы аппаратуры с помощью контрольно-измерительных приборов. Участие в модернизации осветительного оборудования. Освещение сцены во время мероприятий и репетиций согласно партитуре. Упаковка и транспортировка оборудования при выездных работах. Монтаж и демонтаж осветительной аппаратуры по простым схемам. Распределение аппаратуры по фазам силовых кабелей. Профилактический осмотр, ремонт и устранение неполадок в работе приборов. Подготовительные работы по обслуживанию аппаратуры (промывка линз, протирка приборов и т.п.).

Что должен знать светооператор: Законы и нормативные акты, касающиеся деятельности организаций культурно-досугового типа. Основы свето- и цветоведения. Правила работы с системами осветительной аппаратуры. Устройство и правила эксплуатации электроизмерительных и контрольных приборов, грузоподъёмных механизмов. Способы построения светового пространства и параметры осветительной аппаратуры. Правила сборки и монтажа осветительной аппаратуры. Специальные программы освещения. Правила работы с ПК, световыми пультами и сканирующими устройствами. Основы электроники и современные технологии управления светом. Правила охраны труда и пожарной безопасности.
