1. Разрабатывать проекты правовых актов администрации, проекты решений Совета депутатов Новоалександровского муниципального округа Ставропольского края, по вопросам, входящим в его компетенцию.2. Давать официальное разъяснение (при необходимости) отдельных положений муниципальных правовых актов администрации, по вопросам, входящим в его компетенцию. 3. Рассматривать, по поручению начальника отдела, жалобы и обращения граждан, организаций. 4. Разрабатывать номенклатуру дел отдела, представлять ее для формирования сводной номенклатуры дел администрации, оформлять дела отдела согласно утвержденной номенклатуры. 5. Вести журнал регистрации судебных дел, поступающих в отдел, журнал учета поступающих на правовую экспертизу муниципальных нормативных правовых актов, журнал учета заключений отдела по результатам экспертизы муниципальных нормативных правовых актов. Осуществлять отправку и регистрацию корреспонденции отдела с помощью электронного делопроизводства и документооборота ДЕЛО . 6. Осуществлять оформление проектов муниципальных нормативных правовых актов, разрабатываемых отделом, и подлежащих включению в регистр муниципальных нормативных правовых актов Ставропольского края, в соответствии с установленными требованиями. 7. Осуществлять отбор и подготовку документов отдела для передачи на хранение в архив. 8. Подготавливать и передавать (направлять) исковые заявления в арбитражные суды и суды общей юрисдикции; представлять в установленном порядке интересы администрации в судах общей юрисдикции и арбитражных судах, органах государственной власти, предприятиях, учреждениях, организациях различных форм собственности. 9. Участвовать в деятельности отдела по формированию списков кандидатов в присяжные заседатели федеральных судов общей юрисдикции в Российской Федерации.
