The posting

Перенос информации с бумажных носителей (медицинских карт, направлений, результатов анализов, оформление выписок) на ПК. Обработка, систематизация и архивация входящей документации. Подготовка и оформление необходимой медицинской и административной документации. Изготовление копий документов с помощью офисной техники (сканирование, ксерокопирование). Работа с базой данных Квазар: внесение новых записей, редактирование и удаление устаревшей информации, проверка корректности данных. Систематизация распечатанных документов. Контроль за состоянием рабочей техники (компьютер, принтер, сканер), своевременное информирование IT-отдела о неисправностях.

Опыт работы в аналогичной должности приветствуется; рассматриваются кандидаты без опыта при готовности быстро обучаться. Уверенный пользователь ПК: пакет MS Office (Word, Excel), работа с оргтехникой. Обязательно: высокая скорость печати (от 160 180 знаков в минуту), грамотная речь и исключительная внимательность к деталям. Приветствуется опыт работы в системе Квазар или других специализированных базах данных (МИС). При его отсутствии предусмотрено обучение. Ответственность, аккуратность и умение работать с большим объемом однотипной информации. Стрессоустойчивость и доброжелательность. Условия: Официальное трудоустройство в соответствии с ТК РФ с первого рабочего дня. График работы: стабильная пятидневка (суббота, воскресенье выходные), праздничные дни сокращенные или выходные согласно производственному календарю. Заработная плата стабильная, возможны премии по результатам работы. Удобная транспортная развязка, расположение организации в центре города. Дружный коллектив, поддерживающая атмосфера и отсутствие токсичности. Программа наставничества: за каждым новым сотрудником закрепляется опытный коллега, который поможет адаптироваться в первые недели работы. Предоставление всей необходимой канцелярии и современной исправной техники.
