- формирует юридическое дело клиента по участникам бюджетного процесса и юридическим лицам, не являющимся участниками бюджетного процесса, и их обособленным подразделениям; - обеспечивает присвоение номеров лицевым счетам, открытым в финансовом органе Округа в соответствии с муниципальными порядками открытия и ведения лицевых счетов, ведет справочники лицевых счетов в АС Бюджет; - осуществляет учет операций на лицевых счетах участников бюджетного процесса и юридических лиц, не являющихся участниками бюджетного процесса, и их обособленных подразделений, а также в учетных регистрах и в отчетности, в соответствии с утвержденным Начальником сектора распределением лицевых счетов между специалистами Сектора; - осуществляет учет операций по зачислению доходов по главным администраторам доходов местного бюджета, по главным администраторам источников финансирования дефицита местного бюджета; - уточняет поступления в местный бюджет и выплаты из местного бюджета, производит восстановление расходов на основании документов участников бюджетного процесса и юридических лиц, не являющихся участниками бюджетного процесса, и их обособленных подразделений; - осуществляет прием, проверку и учет на лицевых счетах участников бюджетного процесса и юридических лиц, не являющихся участниками бюджетного процесса, и их обособленных подразделений, показателей бюджетных смет, лимитов бюджетных обязательств, предельных объемов финансирования, плановых показателей, предусмотренных планами финансово-хозяйственной деятельности, а также изменений к ним; - обеспечивает контроль за не превышением расходов, осуществляемых участниками бюджетного процесса и юридическими лицами, не являющимися участниками бюджетного процесса, и их обособленными подразделениями, над доведенными лимитами бюджетных обязательств, предельными объемами финансирования, плановыми показателями планов финансово-хозяйственной деятельности, учтенными на лицевых счетах; - проводит прием и проверку документов, представленных в целях осуществления операций на лицевых счетах, открытых в финансовом органе Округа, на их соответствие требованиям бюджетного законодательства Российской Федерации и иных нормативных правовых актов, регулирующих бюджетные правоотношения.

Требования: Экономист отдела должен обладать навыками: - обеспечения выполнения поставленных руководителем задач, планирования работы, эффективного сотрудничества с коллегами, использования их опыта и мнения; - систематизации информации, работы со служебными документами, подготовки проектов ответов на обращения организаций и граждан; - в сфере использования информационных технологий, необходимых для исполнения должностных обязанностей. Образование: Высшее.
