- Проводить обследование условий жизни детей разных возрастных групп; - Оценивать ситуацию с точки зрения благополучия ребенка; - Выявлять признаки и последствия жестокого обращения и насилия в отношении несовершеннолетних; - Выявлять признаки пренебрежения нуждами ребенка со стороны родителей; - Составлять акты проверок, запросов, вести документацию и электронный документооборот; - Вести прием граждан, давать разъяснения по вопросам своей компетенции, рассматривать обращения, заявления, жалобы граждан, осуществлять прием и проверку служебных сообщений, сообщений самих несовершеннолетних о возможном нарушении прав и законных интересов несовершеннолетних; - Организовывать работу по систематическому выявлению, учету и устройству детей-сирот и детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей, нуждающихся в государственной защите; - Организовывать работу по профилактике социального сиротства, жестокому обращению с детьми, участвовать в организации разработки, утверждения и контроля исполнения плана по защите прав ребенка; - Организовывать работу по раннему выявлению несовершеннолетних, нуждающихся в государственной защите, в соответствии с нормативными актами Томской области; - Обеспечивать своевременное устройство детей-сирот и детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей, находящихся в ОГБУЗ Асиновская РБ; - Своевременно вносить информацию по семьям, в отношении которых ведется работа по технологии случай в базу данных автоматизированной информационной системы Дети и семьи, нуждающиеся в государственной защите (далее - АИС ДИС); - Предоставлять в установленном порядке сведения о детях-сиротах и детях, оставшихся без попечения родителей, специалисту опеки, отвечающему за работу в ППО АИСТ ГБД; - Формировать личные дела детей-сирот и детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей, для устройства их под надзор в организации для детей-сирот и детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей; - Осуществлять немедленное отобрание ребенка у родителей или других лиц, на попечении которых он находится, при непосредственной угрозе жизни или здоровью ребенка; - Обеспечивать совместно с уполномоченными органами, организациями и от дельными гражданами временное устройство детей при их отобрании, а также сохранность их имущества и жилых помещений и выполнять другие должностные обязанности.

Главный специалист по опеке и попечительству должен иметь высшее образование по специальности, направлению подготовки: юриспруденция, психология, педагогическое образование, психолого-педагогическое образование, социальная работа. Для замещения должности главного специалиста не установлено требований к стажу муниципальной службы или работы по специальности, направлению подготовки.
