Мы ищем талантливого, увлеченного и амбициозного продакт-менеджера, готового развивать продукты нашей компании и управлять портфелем продуктов. Если вы активны ("с горящими глазами"), нацелены на результат, внимательны к деталям, коммуникабельны – ждем ваше резюме! Чем предстоит заниматься: Погружение в пенсионный рынок и финансовые продукты: исследование конкурентов, анализ клиентских потребностей, изучение метрик для поиска точек роста; Разработка продукта / продуктовых фич: формирование концепции и ее защита (определение ключевых конкурентных преимуществ, разработка концепции позиционирования), подготовка продуктовой документации (формы договоров, презентации и т.п.). Выявление «узких мест» и разработка гипотез для роста, запуск и проведение экспериментов; Экономика продукта: расчет NPV, CLTV; Сопровождение запуска продукта: формирование и приоритизация задач, взаимодействие с коллегами из смежных подразделений на всех этапах жизненного цикла продукта (от идеи до реализации); Поддержка продукта: сбор обратной связи от сейлз-подразделений, выявление новых возможностей для улучшения продукта, оценка успеха изменений продукта. Наши пожелания к кандидату: Опыт работы в компаниях финансового сектора экономики от 3-х лет; Опыт разработки финансовых продуктов, продуктовых фич и их запуск на онлайн/офлайн площадках; Умение описать продукт как с точки зрения документации, так и с точки зрения позиционирования клиенту; Навык формирования бизнес-требований, понимание процесса разработки технической составляющей продукта; Навык создания презентаций (структурированные и с правильными акцентами, лаконичные и выразительные); Умение выделять главное из потока информации, понимать потребности заказчика/стейкхолдеров.
