Водитель погрузчика обязан: 5.1. Занимается: обслуживанием погрузчика мощностью двигателя свыше 100 до 200 л.с. и текущим ремонтом всех его механизмов; установкой и заменой съемных грузозахватных приспособлений и механизмов; погрузкой дорожно-строительных материалов в автомобили; разгрузочными работами. 5.2. Определять неисправность в работе погрузчика. 5.3. Участвовать в проведении планово-предупредительного ремонта погрузчика и грузозахватных механизмов и приспособлений. 5.4. Проверять техническое состояние погрузчика перед выездом на линию, подписывать путевой лист у главного механика или уполномоченного лица о технически исправном состоянии. 5.5. Оформлять путевые листы. Ежедневно заполнять путевые листы с указанием маршрута следования, пройденного километража, расхода топлива, а также количества отработанного времени, ежедневно сдавать путевые листы диспетчеру или уполномоченному лицу. 5.6. Проходить утренний и вечерний медосмотр перед выездом на линию и после окончания рабочей смены у медицинской сестры Новосергиевского ДУ ГУП Оренбургремдорстрой . Проходить ежедневные предрейсовые и послерейсовые медицинские осмотры. 5.7. Очистка дорожных знаков, барьерного ограждения, стоек дорожных знаков, сигнальных столбиков. Уборка мусора. Окос травы обочин дорог вручную, с соблюдением правил безопасности при проведении соответствующих работ и в соответствии с руководством (инструкцией) по выполнению данных работ. 5.8. Содержать погрузчик в чистоте и порядке, в том числе ежедневное вечернее мытье погрузчика. После завершения рабочего дня проводить очистку и мойку транспортного средства и сдавать его механику или уполномоченному лицу. 5.9. По мере производственной необходимости производить переоборудование транспортного средства путем замены навесного элемента с соблюдением правил безопасности при проведении соответствующих работ и в соответствии с руководством (инструкцией) по эксплуатации транспортного средства и навесного оборудования. 5.10. Выполнять поручения ИТР ответственных за выполнение работ на объекте. 5.11. Все виды работ выполнять в специальной одежде и средствах индивидуальной защиты

Водитель погрузчика должен знать: устройство погрузчиков и аккумуляторных батарей; способы погрузки и выгрузки грузов на всех видах транспорта; правила подъема, перемещения и укладки грузов; правила уличного движения, движения по территории Управления; применяемые сорта горючих и смазочных материалов; наименования основных материалов аккумуляторного производства; порядок проведения технического обслуживания и правила хранения погрузчика в гаражах и на открытых стоянках; правила охраны труда, техники безопасности, производственной санитарии и противопожарной безопасности;
