1. осуществляет организацию хозяйственной деятельностью учреждения; 2. осуществляет контроль за хозяйственным обслуживанием и надлежащим состоянием учреждения; 3. организует контроль за рациональным расходованием материалов учреждения; 4. обеспечивает контроль за своевременным и полным выполнением договорных обязательств по хозяйственной деятельности; 5. принимает меры по созданию необходимых социально-бытовых условий для работников учреждения; 6. принимает материальные ценности, имущество, мебель, инвентарь учреждения на ответственное хранение в порядке, установленном законодательством; 7. обеспечивает работников учреждения канцелярскими принадлежностями, предметами хозяйственного обихода; 8. обеспечивает своевременную подготовку учреждения к началу мероприятий, рабочего процесса; 9. осуществляет текущий контроль за хозяйственным обслуживанием и надлежащим техническим и санитарно-гигиеническим состоянием зданий, сооружений, помещений, иного имущества, в соответствии с требованиями норм и правил безопасности жизнедеятельности; 10. руководит работами по благоустройству, озеленению и уборке территории учреждения; 11. направляет и координирует работу подчиненного ему технического и обслуживающего персонала, ведет учет рабочего времени этой категории работников; 12. организует инвентарный учет имущества учреждения, проводит инвентаризацию имущества, своевременно составляет отчетность и ведет документацию по закрепленному участку работы; 13. выполняет правила по охране труда и пожарной безопасности; 14. обеспечивает соблюдение требований охраны труда при эксплуатации здания, технологического, энергетического оборудования, осуществляет их периодический осмотр и организует текущий ремонт; 15. обеспечивает безопасность при переноске тяжестей, погрузочно-разгрузочных работах, эксплуатации транспортных средств на территории учреждения; 16. выполняет требования пожарной безопасности зданий и сооружений; 17. организует обучение, проводит инструктажи на рабочем месте (первичный и периодические) технического и обслуживающего персонала, оборудует уголок безопасности жизнедеятельности.
