Организация и планирование ремонтных работ: Организует и контролирует выполнение планово-предупредительного ремонта (ППР) станков и технологического оборудования. Составляет графики технического обслуживания и плановых ремонтов. Разрабатывает заявки на запасные части, материалы и инструменты, необходимые для ремонта. Контролирует соблюдение сроков проведения ремонтных работ. Техническое обслуживание и ремонт: Организует и лично участвует в проведении текущего, среднего и капитального ремонта металлорежущих, деревообрабатывающих и иных видов станков. Контролирует правильность разборки, дефектовки, восстановления и сборки узлов и деталей оборудования. Обеспечивает регулировку, наладку и испытание станков после ремонта. Контролирует состояние смазочных систем, гидравлики, пневматики, электрооборудования станков. Осуществляет диагностику неисправностей и отказов оборудования, определяет методы их устранения. Руководство персоналом: Осуществляет расстановку рабочих (слесарей-ремонтников, электромонтёров и др.), выдаёт задания и контролирует их выполнение. Проводит инструктажи по охране труда и технике безопасности на рабочих местах. Контролирует соблюдение трудовой и производственной дисциплины в бригаде. Документация и отчётность: Ведёт журналы учёта ремонтов, паспорта оборудования и техническую документацию. Составляет дефектные ведомости на ремонт. Представляет отчёты о выполнении ремонтных работ заместителю генерального директора по производству / главному инженеру. Контролирует расход материалов и запасных частей, ведёт учёт их использования. Охрана труда и безопасность: Обеспечивает соблюдение требований охраны труда, промышленной и пожарной безопасности при проведении ремонтных работ. Контролирует наличие и исправность средств индивидуальной защиты (СИЗ) у подчинённых. Организует безопасное рабочее место при выполнении ремонтных операций.
