The posting

1. Контроль доведения лечащим врачом обращения пациента до установления окончательного диагноза согласно функциональным задачам врача применительно к нозологическим формам 2. Инициация выбора и привлечения специалистов для проведения консультаций по ведению пациента или с целью получения второго мнения. 3. Контроль постановки лечащим врачом предварительного диагноза и направления пациента на консультацию специалиста либо передачу пациента под наблюдение специалиста согласно функциональным задачам врача применительно к нозологическим формам. 4. Осуществление контроля своевременного назначения лечащим врачом требуемого объема исследований, консультаций и лекарственных препаратов в соответствии с клиническими рекомендациями. 5. Анализ корректности назначений лечащего врача и инициация пересмотра назначений в случае их некорректности с обязательной отменой ранее сделанных назначений и уведомлением об этом пациента. 6. Проведение самостоятельных либо совместных приемов пациента с лечащим врачом. 7. Оценка достижения врачом конечного результата лечения (в том числе проведение оценки динамики развития заболевания). 8. Проверка своевременного оформления законченности случая лечения. 9. Совместно с врачами проведение разбора сложных пациентов, запущенных случаев онкологических заболеваний, смертельных случаев на дому. 10. Инициация и согласование проведения врачебных консилиумов и врачебных комиссий.

1. Пользоваться всеми правами и гарантиями в соответствии с Трудовым кодексом Российской Федерации, локальными актами Учреждения. 2. Вносить руководству Учреждения предложения по совершенствованию лечебно-диагностического процесса, улучшению работы административно-хозяйственных и параклинических служб, вопросам организации и условиям своей трудовой деятельности. 3. Запрашивать у руководства Учреждения необходимую информацию и документацию для выполнения своих трудовых функций. 4. Вносить на рассмотрение руководства Учреждения предложения о перемещении, увольнении, поощрении и привлечении к ответственности работников отделения. 5. Обеспечивать работу персонала отделения, отдавать распоряжения в рамках соответствующих должностных обязанностей и корпоративных ценностей и требовать их исполнения. 6. Оценивать тактику ведения (лечения) пациента лечащим врачом и вносить в нее корректировки в случае необходимости. 7. Проходить профессиональную переподготовку, повышать уровень собственной экспертности и профессиональной квалификации. 8. Участвовать в научно-практических конференциях, совещаниях, посвященных профессиональным вопросам. 9. Знакомиться с претензиями и обращениями в рамках профессиональной деятельности и давать по ним необходимые пояснения
