осуществляет: подготовку перечня главных администраторов доходов бюджета Республики Карелия, закрепляемых за ними видов (подвидов) доходов бюджета Республики Карелия, перечня главных администраторов источников финансирования дефицита бюджета Республики Карелия к проекту закона о бюджете Республики Карелия на очередной финансовый год и на плановый период, проекту закона о внесении изменений в бюджет Республики Карелия на текущий финансовый год и на плановый период (далее - проект закона о бюджете (проект закона о внесении изменений в закон о бюджете); формирование прогнозируемых поступлений доходов бюджета в соответствии с классификацией доходов бюджетов и по главным администраторам доходов на очередной финансовый год и плановый период в части безвозмездных перечислений; реестра источников доходов бюджета в части безвозмездных перечислений для представления одновременно с проектом закона о бюджете в соответствии с бюджетным законодательством Российской Федерации; подготовку прогнозируемых поступлений по главным администраторам доходов бюджета Республики Карелия в части безвозмездных поступлений от других бюджетов бюджетной системы Российской Федерации к проекту правового акта Правительства Республики Карелия, устанавливающего прогноз поступления доходов в разрезе главных администраторов доходов бюджета; мониторинг поступления уведомлений о предоставлении субсидий, субвенций, иных межбюджетных трансфертов, имеющих целевое назначение, из федерального бюджета, обеспечение их получения и подтверждения; мониторинг доведения бюджетных данных на лицевые счета получателей средств федерального бюджета, полномочия которых переданы к осуществлению Федеральному казначейству, в части межбюджетных трансфертов бюджету Республики Карелия и направление данной информации главным распорядителям средств бюджета Республики Карелия; формирование свода документов, необходимых для составления и рассмотрения проекта бюджета Республики Карелия, осуществляет иные обязанности в соответствии с должностным регламентом.

Профессиональная компетентность (знание бюджетного законодательства, иных нормативных правовых актов в бюджетной сфере, широта профессионального кругозора, умение работать с документами), творческий подход к решению поставленных задач, активность и инициатива в освоении информационных технологий, способность быстро адаптироваться к новым условиям и требованиям. Опыт работы в бюджетной сфере приветствуется. Соискатели, в целях оценки профессионального уровня, проходят тестирование и индивидуальное собеседование.
