Ищем ответственного, организованного и коммуникабельного сотрудника, который умеет работать с людьми, координировать работу коллег и обеспечивать комфортное пребывание зрителей в театре. Любите театр и живое общение - будем рады видеть вас в нашей команде! Что предстоит делать: организовывать и координировать работу администраторов во время спектаклей и др.мероприятий театра; координировать потоки людей и решать оперативные задачи, связанные со зрителями и организацией спектаклей. контролировать готовность зрительских и общественных зон театра к приему посетителей; контролировать порядок и качество обслуживания зрителей; взаимодействовать с билетными кассами, контролерами билетными, службой безопасности театра; разрешать возникающие вопросы и конфликтные ситуации с посетителями; обеспечивать высокую культуру обслуживания; участвовать в подготовке домашних и выездных гастролей, обеспечение перевозки имущества и работников, их размещения и питания на выездах; ведение определенной установленной отчетности.

Среднее профессиональное или высшее образование. Шестидневная рабочая неделя. Опыт работы в сфере обслуживания, организации мероприятий, учреждениях культуры и исскуства или на административных должностях от 1 года приветствуется и будет вашим преимуществом (приветствуется бэккграунд в сфере продаж); Грамотная речь и доброжелательное отношение к людям. Ответственность, организованность и внимательность. Умение самостоятельно принимать решения и сохранять спокойствие в нестандартных ситуациях. Навыки взаимодействия с коллективом и координации работы сотрудников. Навыки делового общения, а также умение выстраивать долгосрочные отношения с партнерами (учебными заведениями, предприятиями). Умение координировать потоки людей и решать оперативные задачи, связанные со зрителями и организацией спектаклей.
