- Составляет и представляет на утверждение годовые планы работы по развитию информатизации образовательного учреждения; - Проводит работу по развитию информационно-коммуникационного обеспечения образовательного учреждения, обеспечивает информационно-техническое сопровождение проводимых в техникуме мероприятий; - Отслеживает тенденции изменения процессов информатизации в обществе и в образовании для корректировки потребностей образовательного учреждения в технике и программном обеспечении; - Совместно с заместителем директора по учебной работе формирует заказы на поставку компьютеров и мультимедийного оборудования; - Организует инновационную деятельность педагогического коллектива в области использования информационных и коммуникационных технологий; - Организует совместно с заместителем директора по учебной работе обучение педагогических кадров и административного аппарата в области использования информационных технологий в образовательной деятельности и электронном документообороте; - Организует совместно с заместителем директора по учебной работе семинары, конференции и другие мероприятия для распространения опыта по использованию информационных технологий; - Организует совместно с директором взаимодействие работников образовательного учреждения и привлекаемых представителей сторонних организаций по вопросам информатизации учреждения; - Совместно с заместителем директора по учебной работе контролирует эффективность использования в учебном заведении компьютерного и мультимедийного оборудования и приобретенного программного обеспечения; - Осуществляет контроль использования лицензионного программного обеспечения; - Обеспечивает качественное выполнение всех видов работ, непосредственно связанных с подготовкой и работой сайта образовательного учреждения, оказывает помощь в создании веб-страниц по предметам учебного плана; осуществляет консультирование лиц, ответственных за предоставление информации для публикации на сайте; - Консультирует работников образовательного учреждения по принципиальным вопросам осуществления программы информатизации учебного заведения; - Консультирует работников образовательного учреждения по вопросам разработки электронных образовательных ресурсов.
