Выполняет деятельность, направленную на информационное обеспечение органов исполнительной государственной и муниципальной власти Ямало-Ненецкого автономного округа, уполномоченных осуществлять управление, распоряжение земельными ресурсами, земельными участкам на территории Ямало-Ненецкого автономного округа. Выполняет подготовку и оформление материалов в требуемых форматах и видах, согласно запросам органов исполнительной федеральной, региональной, муниципальной власти и других юридических и физических лиц. Оперативно и рационально использует сведения баз Территориального Банка данных ЯНАО. Осуществляет сбор, обработку, учет и хранение поступающих материалов, документов, в электронных форматах (SHP, документ WORD, EXCEL, JPG, TIF).

Ведущий инженер должен знать: Нормы федерального законодательства и законодательства автономного округа по вопросам земельных отношений. Нормы федерального законодательства и законодательства автономного округа в области недропользования по вопросам, регулирующим земельные отношения. Правовые основы землеустройства и кадастра объектов недвижимости. Основы трудового законодательства Российской Федерации. 1.6.5. Правила внутреннего трудового распорядка Учреждения. Программное обеспечение, используемое в работе. Правила пользования ПК, средствами вычислительной техники, коммуникации и связи. Правила и нормы охраны труда, техники безопасности, производственной санитарии и противопожарной защиты.
