- Вести регистрацию и учет несчастных случаев, происшедших на производстве и профзаболеваний, составлять отчетность по установленным формам и в установленные сроки, представлять их в соответствующие инстанции. - Взаимодействовать с представительными органами работников по вопросам условий и охраны труда и согласование локальной документации по вопросам охраны труда - Запрещать работу на отдельных участках, машинах, механизмах при условиях, опасных для жизни и здоровья работающих, немедленно докладывает об этом руководству, отстранять от работы отдельных лиц (через руководителей соответствующих подразделений), допустивших нарушения требований безопасности труда. - Информировать работников об условиях и охране труда на рабочих местах, о риске повреждения здоровья, предоставляемых им гарантиях, полагающихся им компенсациях и средствах индивидуальной защиты. - Контролировать обеспечение работников молоком, мылом, смазывающими и обеззараживающими средствами, спецодеждой и обувью и другими средствами индивидуальной защиты, а также их хранения, оценки состояния и исправности; организацию установки средств коллективной защиты. - Контролировать проведение обучения работников безопасным методам и приемам труда, инструктажей по охране труда и стажировок в соответствии с нормативными требованиями. - Организовывать обеспечение подразделений диспансера нормами, правилами, плакатами и другими пособиями по охране труда, а также оказывать им методическую помощь в оборудование информационных стендов по охране труда. - Организовывать работу комиссии по расследованию несчастных случаев на производстве и профессиональных заболеваний - Организовывать работу комиссии по специальной оценке условий труда.
