2.1. обеспечение эффективной деятельности отдела в реализации основных функций, установленных Положением об отделе; 2.1. разработка должностных инструкций работников отдела, обеспечивает соблюдение трудовой дисциплины сотрудниками отдела, осуществляет контроль за исполнением ими своих обязанностей, вносит предложения об их поощрении либо применения к ним мер дисциплинарного воздействия; 2.2. осуществление подготовки проектов постановлений, распоряжений Администрации Льговского района Курской области, других регламентирующих документов по вопросам, относящимся к компетенции отдела и контроль за их исполнением; 2.3. осуществление подготовки проектов решений Представительного Собрания Льговского района Курской области по вопросам, относящимся к компетенции отдела и осуществляет контроль за их исполнением; 2.4. организация и проведение в установленном порядке совещания по вопросам, входящим в его компетенцию, с привлечением руководителей и специалистов других отделов администрации, а также предприятий, организаций и других работодателей независимо от форм собственности; 2.5. осуществление совместно с другими структурными подразделениями администрации разработки: - целевых программ социально-экономического развития Льговского района Курской области; - прогнозов социально-экономического развития Льговского района Курской области на краткосрочный, среднесрочный и долгосрочный периоды по предприятиям различных форм собственности, расположенным на территории Льговского района Курской области; 2.6. проведение мониторингов по различным направлениям отраслей экономики; 2.7. анализирует социально - экономического развитие района; 2.8. участвует в разработке предложений по внутренней внешней интеграционной политике района в части формирования инвестиционных площадок; 2.9. разрабатывает и согласовывает номенклатуру дел отдела; 2.10. соблюдает Кодекс этики служебного поведения муниципальных служащих Администрации Льговского района;

Высшее экономическое образование не ниже магистратуры, специалитета
