АО «Инструментальные Системы» ищет специалиста, который возьмёт на себя организацию защиты значимых объектов КИИ 2-й категории значимости: документы, планирование, контроль и взаимодействие с регуляторами. Техническое администрирование систем и средств защиты ведёт действующий администратор. Обязанности: разработка и актуализация организационно-распорядительных документов по безопасности значимых объектов КИИ; анализ угроз безопасности информации, ведение модели угроз, организация анализа уязвимостей; подготовка ежегодного плана мероприятий по обеспечению безопасности, контроль его выполнения, отчёт руководству; контроль выполнения требований приказов ФСТЭК России 235 и 239, участие во внутреннем контроле и проверках; организация реагирования на компьютерные инциденты, взаимодействие с ГосСОПКА и ФСТЭК России; обучение и инструктаж работников по правилам безопасной работы, контроль их осведомлённости; анализ событий безопасности и контроль изменений конфигурации совместно с администратором информационных систем; ведение журналов и учётной документации по защите информации. Обязательные требования: профессиональное образование по направлению (специальности) в области информационной безопасности либо иное высшее образование и документ о повышении квалификации по направлению «Информационная безопасность»; готовность проходить повышение квалификации по информационной безопасности не реже одного раза в 3 года; знание Федерального закона 187-ФЗ, приказов ФСТЭК России 235 и 239. Желательно: опыт работы в организации, являющейся субъектом КИИ, опыт разработки документов по защите информации и моделей угроз; опыт прохождения проверок ФСТЭК России, взаимодействия с НКЦКИ; понимание методик ФСТЭК России по оценке показателя защищённости и уровня зрелости; знакомство с Kaspersky Endpoint Security, Secret Net Studio, Astra Linux; знание требований к защите персональных данных.
