Сбор и анализ требований. Проведение интервью с владельцами бизнес-процессов и ключевыми специалистами для выявления потребностей в автоматизации. Моделирование процессов. Описание бизнес-процессов в нотациях BPMN, IDEF0, UML (состояния As Is и To Be ), выявление узких мест и потерь. Проектирование решений. Разработка технических заданий и постановка задач для разработчиков 1С и PDM/PLM-систем. Проектирование потоков данных и интеграционного взаимодействия между системами 1С и инженерным ядром АСКОН (Лоцман, Компас, Вертикаль: передача составов изделий, спецификаций, маршрутных карт, данных о трудоемкости и т.д.). Понимание специфики ГОЗ. Участие в автоматизации процессов раздельного учета результатов финансово-хозяйственной деятельности, формирования и контроля РЦМ (расчетно-калькуляционных материалов), обеспечения прослеживаемости кооперации и т.д. Сопровождение разработки. Консультирование команды разработки, надзор, приемка функционала (ПСИ), проведение опытной эксплуатации. Документирование. Написание пользовательских инструкций, регламентов и эксплуатационной документации в соответствии с требованиями ЕСПД и ГОСТ 34.

Опыт работы: от 3-х лет в роли бизнес-аналитика, системного аналитика или ключевого специалиста по автоматизации на производственных или промышленных предприятиях. Понимание жизненного цикла изделия в машиностроении. Понимание архитектуры и типовых возможностей 1С:Предприятие, умение говорить с разработчиками 1С на одном языке. Знание принципов работы PDM/PLM-систем. Опыт работы с продуктами АСКОН: Компас-3D, Лоцман:PLM, Вертикаль будет большим преимуществом. Знание основ ЕСКД/ЕСТД будет большим преимуществом. Понимание основ 275-ФЗ, требований к раздельному учету, особенностям ценообразования в ГОЗ. Уверенное владение нотациями BPMN, IDEF0 - обязательно, UML - желательно. Опыт написания ТЗ по ГОСТ 34 (34.602-89 и др.) - обязательно, так как это стандарт для предприятий с госучастием/ГОЗ. Опыт работы с системами управления требованиями и задачами. Понимание принципов интеграции (REST/SOAP API, форматы обмена XML/JSON), умение читать маппинги данных. Навыки SQL (например, написание запросов для анализа данных) будут большим преимуществом. Опыт участия во внедрении или доработке подсистем по управлению ГОЗ будет существенным преимуществом.
