Руководство лечебно-диагностическими отделениями, кабинетами и лабораториями . Организация и контроль внутреннего контроля качества и безопасности медицинской деятельности . Контроль за качеством лечебно-диагностического процесса и постановка всей работы медицинской организации. Проведение плановых и внеплановых проверок состояния лечебно-диагностического процесса, принятие мер по устранению недостатков по их результатам. Расстановка и организация труда медицинского персонала, проведение мероприятий по повышению квалификации врачебного и среднего медицинского персонала. Проверка медицинской документации, оценка качества её ведения, правильности и целесообразности применяемых методов обследования и лечения. Обеспечение технически грамотной эксплуатации персоналом лечебно-диагностической аппаратуры и другой медицинской техники . Контроль за своевременным и широким внедрением в практику новых методов обследования и лечения . Организация и проведение клинических, клинико-анатомических конференций, больничных советов, семинаров, разборов клинических случаев . Составление и контроль выполнения планов работы медицинской организации всеми её структурными подразделениями . Координация процессов медицинской деятельности с управленческими и вспомогательными процессами структурных подразделений . Определение перечня и установление значений целевых показателей деятельности структурных подразделений . Руководство разработкой локальных нормативных актов в медицинской организации и их утверждение . Взаимодействие с руководством медицинской организации, руководителями структурных подразделений и с организациями различных организационно-правовых форм . Подготовка информационно-аналитических материалов о деятельности структурных подразделений . Организация работы по ведению персонифицированных регистров пациентов с различными заболеваниями и льготных категорий граждан . Организация информационно-справочной поддержки граждан по вопросам инвалидности, социальной защиты, медико-социальной экспертизы и реабилитации . Обеспечение готовности персонала и структурных подразделений к работе в условиях чрезвычайных ситуаций . Контроль за соблюдением правил внутреннего трудового распорядка, техники безопасности, охраны труда
