1. Обеспечивать немедленный выезд бригады после получения вызова и прибытие ее на место происшествия в пределах установленного временного норматива в данной административной территории. 2. Владеть навыками ранней диагностики угрожающих жизни состояний, их профилактики, оказания скорой медицинской помощи в соответствии с утвержденными отраслевыми нормами, правилами и стандартами для врачебного персонала по оказанию скорой медицинской помощи: - Оценивать тяжесть состояния больного (пострадавшего), причину этого состояния; - Определять объем и последовательность реанимационных мероприятий; - определять необходимость применения специальных методов исследования, после их выполнения дать интерпретацию; - обосновать поставленный диагноз, план и тактику ведения больного, показания к госпитализации. 3. Обеспечивать щадящую транспортировку с одновременным проведением интенсивной терапии и госпитализацию больного (пострадавшего). 4. Информировать заведующего отделения скорой медпомощи о всех чрезвычайных происшествиях, возникших в период выполнения вызова. 5. По требованию сотрудников Управления внутренних дел остановиться для оказания медицинской помощи, независимо от места нахождения больного (пострадавшего). 6. Осуществлять контроль за укомплектованностью бригады аппаратурой, лекарственными препаратами и другим имуществом, в соответствии с утвержденным табелем оснащения. 7. Обеспечивать сохранность медицинского оборудования, медикаментов. 8. Вести утвержденную учетно-отчетную документацию. 9. Во время отсутствия заведующего отделением (по окончанию его рабочего времени, в праздничные и выходные дни) являются исполняющими обязанности заведующего отделением с выполнением его функциональных обязанностей. 10. Осуществлять контроль за правильным расходованием и хранение сильнодействующих и наркотических препаратов. 11. Во время дежурства поддерживать связь в необходимых случаях с работниками ГОВД, ГИБДД (при ДТП, при констатации смерти, если имеется подозрение на насильственный ее характер и т. д.), пожарными частями, администрацией больницы. 12. Во время дежурства врач отделения скорой медицинской помощи отвечает за соблюдение своих должностных обязанностей диспетчерами, выездными фельдшерами, водителями смены.

Высшее образование, отсутствие судимости, наличие аккредитации по специальности "Скорая медицинская помощь"
