-Готовит ответы на письменные и устные обращения граждан и организаций по вопросам, касающимся деятельности отдела. - Представляет интересы департамента (по доверенности) в судах общей юрисдикции, арбитражных судах, правоохранительных органах, органах прокуратуры, государственных и общественных организациях при рассмотрении правовых вопросов, касающихся деятельности департамента труда и социальной защиты населения администрации города Судака Республики Крым; - Ведет справочно-информационную работу по законодательству и нормативным актам с применением компьютерной техники, а также учет действующего законодательства и других нормативных актов, производит отметки об их отмене изменениях и дополнениях; - Принимает участие в организации и проведении правовой работы, учебы, семинаров, совещаний, технических учеб по вопросам повышения правовых знаний работников Департамента; - Организует претензионно-исковую работу, осуществляет контроль за её проведением; - Участвует в рассмотрении материалов по результатам служебных расследований, проверок и предоставления правовых выводов по фактам выявленных нарушений; - Организовывает работу, связанную с заключением договоров, принимает участие в их подготовке и осуществляет мероприятия, направленные на выполнение договорных обязательств, обеспечивает защиту имущественных прав и законных интересов Департамента; - Принимает участие в работе комиссий при администрации города Судака и в работе внутренних комиссий при департаменте. - Участвует в комиссии и в ведении работы по вопросам опеки и попечительства в отношении лиц, признанных судом недееспособными или ограниченно дееспособными, и дееспособных лиц, нуждающихся в патронаже по состоянию здоровья в городском округе Судак.
