Подготовка и настройка оборудования. Перед началом работы оператор проверяет исправность сушильной установки, регулирует параметры (температуру, влажность, скорость циркуляции воздуха) в соответствии с технологическими картами и характеристиками материала. Загрузка и выгрузка материалов. Специалист загружает сырьё в камеры, формирует штабели с учётом циркуляции воздуха, а после сушки выгружает готовый продукт. Контроль процесса. Оператор постоянно отслеживает ключевые параметры: температуру, влажность, скорость воздушного потока, давление в камере. При отклонении от нормы он оперативно корректирует режим работы оборудования. Контроль качества. Специалист оценивает внешние и внутренние характеристики высушенного материала, проверяет его влажность. Техническое обслуживание. В обязанности входит регулярная чистка, смазка узлов, выявление и устранение мелких неисправностей Соблюдение технологических процессов и норм безопасности. Оператор строго следует утверждённым инструкциям, обеспечивает безопасную эксплуатацию оборудования. Документирование. Специалист ведёт журналы учёта, фиксирует параметры процесса, расход сырья и качество продукции.

Опыт не менее трех лет. Ответственность к работе.
