Обеспечить выполнение тепловым районом в установленные сроки плановых и текущих заданий по объему производства монтажных и ремонтно-эксплуатационных работ высокого качества в заданном количестве, заносить данные по выполнению заявок в компьютерную программу Теплограф . Осуществлять постоянную проверку состояния всех видов оборудования и устройств тепловых сетей, находящихся в ведении Краснореченского теплового района, и принимать немедленные меры к устранению выявленных недостатков и неисправностей, с внесением всей информации в журнал обхода теплотрасс.. Закреплять имеющееся оборудование, устройства, установки, коммуникации тепловых сетей за подчиненными ему работниками и требовать их содержания в технической исправности, чистоте и выполнение установленных технико-экономических показателей работы. Составлять планы текущего и капитального ремонтов тепловых сетей и представлять на рассмотрение начальнику теплового района, а также осуществлять их выполнение. Своевременно подготавливать производство всех видов работ, связанных с ремонтом и обслуживанием, обеспечивать расстановку рабочих, бригад, их подбор и целесообразное использование. Принимать непосредственное участие в приемке опрессовки и промывки внутридомовых систем теплоснабжения и ГВС. Обеспечивать своевременное и качественное выполнение всех оперативных заданий начальника теплового района переданных ему лично или через других ответственных лиц. Своевременно информировать начальника теплового района или вышестоящее руководство предприятия о наметившихся срывах графиков заданий, об аварийных ситуациях и обстоятельствах, создающих угрозу жизни людей, появлениях несчастных случаев на производстве и других чрезвычайных происшествий в тепловом районе. Составлять график обхода тепловых сетей, проводить контроль обходов и устранения замечаний, выявленных при обходе с внесением отметок в журнале. Своевременно составлять заявки на материал, оборудование, инструмент, защитные средства для ремонта и обслуживания тепловых сетей и представлять их на рассмотрение начальника теплового района.

Наличие среднего профессионального технического образования, соответствующего направлению деятельности теплового района.
