Совершенствует формы и методы работы, планирование и прогнозирование деятельности подразделения, расстановку кадров на рабочих местах и их использование в соответствии с квалификацией. Осуществляет контроль за работой персонала структурного подразделения, качеством проводимого лечения, за соблюдением стандартов медицинской помощи при выполнении медицинским персоналом работ и услуг для диагностики заболевания, оценки состояния больного и клинической ситуации, для лечения заболевания, состояния больного, клинической ситуации в соответствии со стандартом медицинской помощи. Координирует деятельность структурного подразделения с другими структурными подразделениями медицинской организации, обеспечивает их взаимосвязь в работе. Распределяет больных между врачами группы анестезиологии и реанимации для взрослого населения с палатами интенсивной терапии, сам выполняет обязанности врача анестезиолога реаниматолога, ведет установленное количество больных. Выполняет повседневную работу врача анестезиолога-реаниматолога, непосредственно участвует в оказании лечебной помощи больным в палатах интенсивной терапии и проведении анестезиологических пособий в операционной. Оформляет медицинскую документацию в соответствии с требованиями. .Анализирует показатели деятельности группы за квартал и за год, предоставляет отчеты в установленные сроки; составляет план работы группы на следующий год. Проводит обходы больных совместно с врачами и старшей медицинской сестрой. Осматривает вновь поступивших больных, а также больных, находящихся в тяжелом состоянии. Проводит разборы всех случаев, представляющих затруднения в диагностике и лечении, случаев расхождения диагнозов, а также всех случаев смерти в палатах интенсивной терапии и операционной. Решает вопросы перевода больных в палаты интенсивной терапии и по стабилизации состояния- перевода назад в профильные группы анестезиологии и реанимации для взрослого населения с палатами интенсивной терапии, проверяет и подписывает карты интенсивной терапии и документы при переводе больных в другое отделение. При необходимости вызывает консультантов различных специальностей, по представлению лечащего врача, для решения диагностических и лечебных вопросов.

Высшее профессиональное образование,сертификат специалиста или свидетельство об аккредитации по специальности "анестезиология и реаниматология".
