Чем предстоит заниматься: Проведение и сопровождение закупок на организацию молодежных мероприятий, инициированных отделениями Движения; Определение порядка и способов осуществления закупочных процедур; Подготовка и проверка технических заданий на организацию массовых молодежных мероприятий; Проверка закупочной документации в соответствии с Положением о закупочной деятельности и Регламентом внутренней организации закупочного процесса; Формирование и обоснование начальной (максимальной) цены договора в соответствии с Положением о закупочной деятельности и Регламентом внутренней организации закупочного процесса (в том числе сбор, проверка и анализ коммерческих предложений); Формирование извещения о проведении конкурентной закупочной процедуры; Осуществление подготовки/рассылки/публикации на ЭТП извещений об осуществлении закупок; Проверка порядка оценки заявок участников; Рассмотрение и оценка заявок на закупочные процедуры, формирование протокола комиссии; Осуществление подготовки справочных и аналитических материалов; Ведение внутреннего документооборота отдела; Консультирование Региональных отделений Движения по вопросам планирования и осуществления закупок. Что ждем от кандидата: Не менее 1 года в сфере закупок в области организации мероприятий; Знание видов конкурентных закупочных процедур; Опыт проведения закупок в области организации мероприятий/ реализации проектов; Наличие опыта оценки заявок участников и написания технического задания на организацию мероприятий; Опыт работы в Excel, 1С: Документооборот; Понимание особенностей работы закупочного законодательства; Готовность к большому количеству задач.
