разрабатывает проекты муниципальных правовых актов (постановлений, распоряжений) администрации; проводит юридическую экспертизу проектов НПА, поступивших от структурных подразделений, на соответствие федеральному и региональному законодательству, Уставу района; проводит антикоррупционную экспертизу проектов НПА; готовит заключения и замечания по проектам НПА; участвует в ведении реестра муниципальных нормативных правовых актов. разрабатывает и проверяет проекты муниципальных контрактов, договоров, соглашений; визирует договоры и контракты на соответствие законодательству; ведёт претензионно-исковую работу; представляет интересы администрации в судах общей юрисдикции, арбитражных судах, у мировых судей; готовит исковые заявления, отзывы, возражения, апелляционные и кассационные жалобы; участвует в судебных заседаниях; взаимодействует с судебными приставами по исполнительным производствам. готовит ответы на протесты, представления, требования прокуратуры; участвует в проверках прокуратуры, КСП, иных контролирующих органов; устраняет выявленные нарушения в установленные сроки. правовое сопровождение сделок с муниципальным имуществом и землёй; участие в спорах по земельным паям и невостребованным земельным долям; подготовка правовых заключений по вопросам аренды, приватизации, передачи имущества. консультирует сотрудников администрации и структурных подразделений по правовым вопросам; оказывает правовую помощь органам местного самоуправления поселений, входящих в состав района; участвует в рассмотрении обращений граждан в части правовых разъяснений.

Высшее образование Знание законодательства: Конституция РФ; Гражданский, Бюджетный, Земельный, Трудовой кодексы РФ; ФЗ №131-ФЗ Об общих принципах организации местного самоуправления в РФ; ФЗ №44-ФЗ О контрактной системе; антикоррупционное законодательство; Устав Боханского муниципального района Профессиональные навыки: разработка и экспертиза муниципальных правовых актов; договорная и претензионно-исковая работа; представление интересов в судах; работа с прокуратурой и контролирующими органами; консультирование по правовым вопросам; уверенное владение ПК и СПС КонсультантПлюс
