The posting

Дворник в ДОУ выполняет следующие обязанности: 2.1. В соответствии с трудовой функцией осуществления работ по уборке твердых покрытий территории в летних условиях: осуществляет подготовку рабочего места для производства работ в летних условиях; производит уборку закрепленной за ним территории ДОУ, убирает тротуары и участок, прилегающий к ДОУ; в весеннее-летний период осуществляет окашивание территории (газоны, спортивные участки и т.д.) ДОУ и прилегающей к ней территории на расстоянии 1 метр за ограждением территории ДОУ. 2.2. В соответствии с трудовой функцией осуществления работ по уборке твердых покрытий территории ДОУв зимних условиях: готовит рабочее место для производства работ в зимних условиях; расчищает проходы для движения людей; осуществляет скалывание наледи с тротуаров, отмосток; удаляет и складирует снег и сколотый лёд в специально отведенном месте; осуществляет посыпку тротуаров, обочин, отмосток, противогололедными составами; очищает от снега и наледи крышки канализационных, пожарных колодцев;. 2.3. В соответствии с трудовой функцией осуществления сопутствующих работ в технических помещениях: готовит рабочее место для производства сопутствующих работ; очищает от снега и наледи наружных ступеней входа в подвальное помещение; осуществляет посыпку ступеней входа в подвальное помещение противогололедными составами; включает и выключает освещение на обслуживаемой территории; сообщает в аварийно-диспетчерскую службу информацию о повреждениях внутридворовых трубопроводов (теплоснабжения, водоснабжения, канализации). 2.4. Проверяет состояние территории и убеждается в том, что все колодцы закрыты крышками, на участке нет торчащих из земли острых предметов (проволоки, арматуры, битого стекла и т.п.).Устраняет неполадки на участке ДОУ, угрожающие здоровью и жизни детей и взрослы. 2.5. Ограждает опасные участки и сообщает об этом завхозу. 2.6. Участвует в обходах территории ДОУ. 2.7. При обнаружении порчи или хищения имущества, нарушений общественного порядка немедленно сообщает администрации ДОУ, а в экстренных случаях непосредственно в полицию. 2.8. Дворник строго соблюдает должностную инструкцию дворника, разработанную с учетом профстандарта, инструкции по охране труда и пожарной безопасности. 2.9. При обнаружении запаха газа или прорыве трубопроводов (водоснабжения, канализации, отопления и т.д.) вызывает соответствующую специализированную аварийную бригаду. 2.10. При обнаружении пожара немедленно ставит в известность пожарную охрану по телефону 112 и администрацию ДОУ. 2.11. Дворник наблюдает: за исправностью и сохранностью всего наружного оборудования здания ДОУ и имущества (заборов, лестниц, карнизов, водосточных труб, урн, вывесок и т.д.); за сохранностью зеленых насаждений и ограждений.

Лицо не моложе 18 лет, имеющее основное общее образование и прошедшее инструктаж, без предъявления требований к опыту работы.
